Master of Science in Organizational Leadership

The online master’s in organizational leadership degree program at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ is designed to equip professionals to advance in – or take on the new challenges of – a leadership role within their organization.

This master's degree in organizational leadership curriculum enhances foundational organizational leadership theory and methodology by exploring specialized areas of leadership, as well as a deep understanding of approaches to leadership in different organizational settings – private, public, for-profit, and non-profit. 

Course Requirements

The Leadership Certificate (Tier I) is a 12-credit-hour master’s-level online certificate in organizational leadership program designed to provide a strong foundation of leadership and management skills you can start using in the workplace immediately. You’ll have the tools and understanding you need to lead with professionalism and apply ethical decision-making throughout your career.
