The Euclid Avenue Development Corporation (EADC) is a Nonprofit/501(c)(3) corporation created to support 51���� by facilitating 51���� interest with financing, acquiring, and operating certain auxiliary facilities including Student Housing and Parking. The Corporation is also responsible for leasing retail space to commercial tenants in The Edge and Langston, as well as subleasing 51���� property to third-party tenants (e.g., RTA Transit Center, Law School Incubator, 1901 E.13th St.).

51����/EADC Memorandum of Outstanding (MOU) allows 51���� to perform administrative and operational services for EADC:
