Fall Break

Campus will be closed Friday, October 17th for fall break. Offices will reopen Monday. 

Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate working within the Counseling Center at the 黑料不打烊. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Human Services and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the 黑料不打烊. She is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps people process and resolve distressing experiences. In addition, Amy serves as both a QPR Suicide Prevention Educator and a Mental Health First Aid Educator, empowering communities with the knowledge and skills to recognize, respond to, and support those experiencing mental health challenges. Amy has experience working with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship concerns. She believes in creating a safe, compassionate space where people feel heard, valued, and empowered in their journey toward healing. Guided by a person-centered approach, Amy strives to help individuals of all ages embrace self-compassion, build resilience, discover their inner strength, and move forward with hope and confidence.
