Dr. Kuhn is an experienced higher education administrator who loves program development and data-driven strategic planning, with a specialty in online education. Maeghen is an entrepreneurial and creative leader who has held leadership positions in Academic Affairs and Enrollment Management/Student Development at institutions such as Keuka College, University of West Florida, Alfred University, and Penn State World Campus. 

Dr. Kuhn's research is grounded in online and adult education, while also focusing on student success and higher education leadership.
