51ĀŅĀ× Dedicates NRP & Millennia Property Management Center, Announces New Property Management Undergrad Programs
On Tuesday, September 20, 51ĀŅĀ×ās Monte Ahuja College of Business dedicated the space for the new NRP & Millennia Property Management Center and celebrated the launch of the for the Fall 2022 semester.
The space will serve as a hub for student engagement activities, including employer engagement visits, extracurricular programming, open houses and more.
The new major will prepare graduates for careers in real estate and property management in a variety of industries. Along with the major, the and the are available to enhance studentsā areas of study and expand their career opportunities.
āOur community partners, like The NRP Group and The Millennia Companies are very important in helping us to empower students to succeed, gain internships, start careers and obtain upward social mobility,ā said 51ĀŅĀ× president Laura Bloomberg, Ph.D.
The programs are supported by a dedicated undergraduate business advisor and newly-hired , who has over 30 years in the Asset and Property Management industry.
