Summer Departmental Guests, Counselors, and Staff

Departments hosting summer guests (summer counselors, contractors, guest speakers, etc.) are eligible to purchase short-term day and overnight Green and White Garage permits on behalf of their guests during the summer months. Parking permits for summer programs will be available at a weekly rate between May 17, 2025 and August 8, 2025, and available for purchase beginning May 17. 2025. To request parking for departmental guests, please fill out our webform here. 

Requestor's email address. This is where we will send updates and parking permits.
For multiple guests, please use a comma to separate each name

Please select your preferred visitor permit. You can view the parking map at /parking/parking-maps 

Pricing is as follows:

  • Green Garages/Lots: $37/week
  • South Garage/White Lots: $28/week

Overnight parking is NOT included with this parking option. If overnight parking is required, please send an email to visitorparking@csuohio.edu.
