Summer Intern Parking Permits

For summer interns living on campus over the summer, please note that parking is NOT included in your room and board and must be purchased separately. Summer interns residing in Euclid Commons during the summer months are eligible to purchase our overnight Prospect Garage permits at a reduced, weekly rate between May 17, 2025 and August 8, 2025. These permits will be available for purchase beginning May 17. 2025. To purchase a summer intern permit, interns should:

1. Create a Guest account on the .
2. Complete the Intern Parking webform linked here.
3. After 1-2 business days, a Parking representative will reach out to the provided email address with a unique link to purchase a summer permit.

Summer Program Permits (Students)

Student Groups visiting 51ÂÒÂ× during the summer months are eligible to purchase our Green, White, and Prospect Garage permits at a reduced, short-term rate, including overnight options. For student visitors residing on-campus, please note that parking is NOT included with your room and board and must be purchased separately. Parking permits for summer programs will be available at a weekly rate between May 17, 2025 and August 8, 2025, and available for purchase beginning May 17. 2025. Departmental Guests

Departments hosting summer guests (summer counselors, contractors, guest speakers, etc.) are eligible to purchase short-term day and overnight Green and White Garage permits on behalf of their guests during the summer months. Parking permits for summer programs will be available at a weekly rate between May 17, 2025 and August 8, 2025, and available for purchase beginning May 17. 2025. To request parking for departmental guests, please fill out our webform here. 

Conference Services & Summer Program Guest/Staff Permits

Conference Service and Summer Program staff and guests visiting 51ÂÒÂ× are eligible to purchase short-term day and overnight Green and Prospect Garage permits during the summer months. Guest permits will be available for parking between May 17, 2025 and August 8, 2025, and available for purchase beginning May 17. 2025.

3. After 1-2 business days, a Parking representative will reach out to the provided email address with a unique link to purchase a summer permit.

Additional Parking Information

• All vehicles must park with license plate facing the drive aisle.
• Vehicles must be registered (license plate, make, model, color, and year) with Parking and Transportation Services. Manage your vehicles in the .
• Permits may only be used by the registered permit holder and allow for one registered vehicle to park at a time; permits are non-transferrable and cannot be shared.
• Individuals parking at 51ÂÒÂ× agree to comply with established parking rules and procedures.
